Ｑ１：チェックイン前、またはチェックアウト後に上高地散策のため、駐車はできますか？
Before the check-in or after the checkout, can you park?

Ａ１：宿泊前後でしたら数日間は無料でお預かりいたします。

Ｑ２：宿泊しなくても駐車はできますか？
Can only the parking lot be used?

Ａ２：可能ですが、混雑が予想される場合は宿泊・入浴のお客様を優先するため、お断りする事もあります。

Ａ３：不定休となっています。月日が決まり次第、ホームページでお知らせしています。

Ｑ５：送迎はしてもらえますか？

Ａ５：上高地への公共交通が無くなる１１月中旬〜４月下旬のみ、釜トンネル入口まで送迎しています。
It does from the middle of November to the end of April. It is up to an entrance of the Kama tunnel.


Ｑ６：クレジットカードは使えますか？

Ａ６：申し訳ありませんが現金でのみのご清算をお願いしています。
No, credit cards cannot be used. Could you pay in Japanese yen, please.


Ｑ７：禁煙室はありますか？
Is there a no smoking room?

Ａ７：当館は全客室が禁煙です。喫煙は談話室でのみお願いしています。
This pavilion is whole building no smoking. Smoking is possible only by the lounge.
